It is made from four different white grape varieties: 35% Malvasia 35% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon and 10% Muscat. Maceration took place for 7 days in wooden vats using the classic method of hand-pressing the bunches. After pressing, the wine is poured into barriques, half new, half used, with fine lees. The wine is aged in them for at least one to two years. The wine is crystal golden yellow in the bottle. The bouquet is multifaceted: we smell ripe apricot fruit, peach, hay, acacia. It is honeyed, slightly vanilla. Herbal.
Serve at 10-14°C
Pairing with food: The wine is suitable for truffle-based dishes or with grilled white fish or mature cheeses.
