Boris’s tip: One variety that we grow it in all 3 regions in Slovenia. Special full body white wine with soft acidity. Pasta with truffles, yes.


Medium deep golden yellow color. A fairly intense and rich bouquet indicates ripe grapes. Juicy yellow fruit, also vanilla. Quite unknown aromatic profile for this variety, which is not similar to either Styrian or Pannonian. Luxurious. Dry mouth, lower acids, strong body. Along with the oily texture, the wine also fills the mouth with a pleasant softness and full taste. Very house style. Ventilation and whistling in the mouth shows a complex aromatic profile.
