Malvazia maceration is expressed in its multifacetedness and calls for more serious interlocutors. Due to the maturation in wood, you will be accompanied by a delicate mixture of vanilla and smoky notes, while due to the longer contact with the grape skins, the flower takes you to the world of pears and apricots. Despite its ripeness, the maceration of Malvasia still retains the characteristics of the wine variety, which are reflected in pleasant floral notes and freshness.
Pairing with food: for starters salty Prosciutto ham, capers, olives, salted nuts, and hard cheeses, for main dishes Ribolla Gialla pairs deliciously with seafood, fish and chicken-based dishes.
