A macerated white wine of orange-amber color from organically grown grapes hand-picked on October 5th, 2019. After spontaneous fermentation, it is aged for 23 months on fine lees in wooden acacia barrels, 1/3 of which are in Slavonian oak barrique barrels. Bottled without filtration.
Pairing with food: It is served at 16 °C, goes well with poultry, grilled fish, pasta.
