The smell is typical for brandy produced from the Williams pear variety, clean, intense, dosed with very pleasant ester freshness. On the palate, full, harmonious, rounded, with a balanced ratio of sweetness – acid – fullness. The retronasal part of the taste is dominated by the fruity ester richness. It is consumed as an excellent aperitif chilled at 8-12°C.
